Sadiq Petroleum is actively involved in bulk importation of petroleum products like Automotive Gas Oils (AGO), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Base Oils, Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK) and Aviation fuels. At different times, we have imported refined products into Nigeria on behalf of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and also exported fuel oil (HPFO/LPFO) from the NNPC.

Within the past couple of years we have delivered cargoes of PMS and AGO to PPMC/NNPC and over 100,000MT of AGO for use by AP Plc and for the open market. In the same period, we have imported over 34,000MT of DPK for AP Plc and for other traders in the open market.

SPNL has also been involved in the bulk importation of Base Oils with over 20,000MT imported annually for use by AP in its Lubes plant in Apapa. SPNL also imports Industrial chemicals and additives.

It is our strategic plan to be in a position to make more deliveries to meet both the requirements of AP Plc and the generalized open market as well as be properly positioned to take full advantage of the eventual and complete deregulation of the downstream sector. To this end, Sadiq Petroleum plans to immediately construct tank farms for petroleum storage and distribution.
